For the second year in a row, and with many new and updated categories this year, iA American received more awards than anyone else in the industry. It marks the first time iA American has received three awards for training, and the first time the Dealer Wizard team has been awarded three wins.

Now in its 19th year, the Dealers’ Choice Awards are determined solely by dealers and dealership personnel. Voters were asked to complete at least five of the survey’s 31 categories, entering their partner company’s name and scoring them on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend that company to another dealer.
